If, like me, you are up and down to the bathroom all night, this will be a great help. Simply sleep on your side with the urinal in place. When the urge starts to wake you up, simply let fly, then tip the urinal up to drain into the bed bag, place yourself inside again, and doze off without ever being fully awake.

We purchased this product for my father-in-law who is in a home. He is almost wheelchair bound and cannot get out of bed during the night by himself. He uses this product and it is great. So much better than a regular urinal. He does not have to worry about spillage. He says it allows him to take care of himself without having to call his caregivers.

If a male one cares for needs such a device–a urinal similar to those provided in hospitals but different in that can be used by a man without sitting up in bed and which has a foam buffer around its opening for comfort, this one works adequately–because, I think, it utilizes the same holding container that a male external catheter utilizes without “chaining” its user to the device. Since I’d had experience with emptying and cleaning the ext. cath. holding bag in the past, this caregiver has had no problems keeping the device clean.

First, customer service is exceptional, prompt and fast.

Outstanding product. I originally bought because I’m having extensive foot surgery and walking will be super difficult let alone getting up 2-3 times during the night to use the bathroom. In giving this a trial run to make sure I get the routine down before my surgery, I’m finding I LOVE this darn thing. I may use this forever! Getting up in the middle of the night is a pain in the butt, but with this device, all I have to do is open one eye cross eyed and find the opening and aim….that’s it. My BIGGEST worry now is falling back to sleep before I finish, it’s that comfortable to use in my bed. Just hang the urinal on something close to the bed so it’s easy to grab, amazing product. The holding bag is quality, large and has a brilliant apparatus that prevents fluid from going back into the line. Very easy to clean to.

In wanting to keep this unit as discreet as possible while family takes care of me, I bought the complete unit with the very comfortable ring and the privacy bag. It fits perfect under my bed and my sofa where I will be spending lots of time for awhile. For super ease of use when my family’s not with me I bought a small, cheap oil drain pan from O’Reilly’s for $3 just to lay the unit in, fits perfect, now I don’t have to package it and zip…..just slide it under the bed, it’s that easy. You have many options, get creative ! Obviously I love it!

If your thinking of this for yourself or someone you are caring for, don’t hesitate, it’s a great invention.

Now my surgery is in a couple weeks so hopefully I got the whole routine down to work smoothly but if anyone wants an update just let me know.

At Last A Good Nights Sleep

This product is awesome. I purchased it through Amazon for a cross country trip with some camping . I am an older guy and sometimes need to pee, like right now. I decided to practice using before heading out on my trip and to my surprise have had the most restful sleep in many years . I had some questions about the product and called the manufacturer of the product. The owner of the Company, Larry was so helpful. I am sure that the product won’t last forever, and I will be buying this for many years.

My husband had a stroke and lost the use of the left side of his body. He was going to the bathroom every hour and I was not able to get much sleep at night. We looked around and saw this and thought we would give it a try. He was able to hold it himself and the bag held the urine all night (with no odor) and with plenty of room to spare. He has been using it for over a month now with no complaints.

I bought it for my 80 years old mother, but she has hard time to get to use to it… she tried several times, but was a disaster, I told her that she needed some practice… I think that the urinal is very good itself, although my mum could not use it. Somehow for summer time she has no problems with her urine bladder and she feels normal now, so we keep this urinal in case if she will need one day again…

Dry And Independent

My wife ordered this for my mother who is bedridden, incontinent and has periods of confusion. We had to keep three waterproof pads under her at a time to try and keep bed dry and we washed 2-3 loads of pads a day because even with three pads spread out under her the linens would still get wet. The first night and day that she used it we only had to change one pad due to a little dribbling on her part. My mom loves it. She wishes she’d gotten it sooner. The bag drains well even with the tube coming over the top of her leg instead of under it because she is unable to lift her leg. The urinal part makes a better seal than others she’s used in the past and the handle is long and makes it easier for her to position it. Anyone who has issues with incontinence and would like to be dry and independent should try this. It worked very well for us.
